SUMMER Valet service

  American Marine of Delavan stores your boat in our storage buildings near the lake. We will launch your boat at our pier upon your request up to 20 times per season (unlimited launches available). When you are finished with the boat just leave it in one of the pier slips assigned to the valet service and let our pier staff know you are finished. The boat will be hauled out and returned to storage

Details

Valet service will be available seven days a week from 9am to 4pm Monday -Thursday and 9am to 6pm Friday – Sunday, May 1 st to October 1st. We require one-hour notice prior to launch your boat. Two hours would be appreciated on weekends and holidays. Please let us know the night before if you will want your boat launched before 10am. All boats that return to the pier after 3pm Monday – Thursday and after 5pm Friday – Sunday may be hauled out the following
morning. Dock space is limited so please let us know if your plans change or you are running late.

How to sign up:
Complete the attached form linked above and return it to American Marine of Delavan with a deposit of 50%.

Parking Restrictions:
Only one vehicle per boat will be allowed to park in the lot at the waterfront on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Additional parking is available at our storage facility on South Shore Dr.

Trailer Inspection:
At the start of the season American Marine will inspect your trailer to insure the tires, safety chains, lights, etc. are all in good operating condition. You will be notified if any repairs are needed. Owner may authorize American Marine to complete to repairs or correct the issues themselves. Unsafe conditions must be fixed before the first launch. American Marine will not be responsible for trailer breakdowns.

Fuel:
Fueling may only be done at our gas dock by American Marine staff. The State of Wisconsin has strict rules and regulations for fuel storage and distribution. We cannot allow our customers to bring personal gas containers on our property.

Insurance:
Boat Owner must keep boat fully insured with complete marine coverage including hull coverage and liability coverage. We will take every reasonable precaution to protect boat owner’s property. However, it is understood and agreed that American Marine will not be responsible of liable for loss of gear of equipment left in the boat the owner nor for loss by fire, weather, flood, vandalism, or other circumstances beyond our control and does not carry
insurance to cover the above.
