SUMMER PIER SLIP RENTAL
The summer season runs May 1 st to October 1 st . Boaters assigned a slip may leave their boat on the pier beginning May 1 st , provided all fees and documentation are completed and approved. Facilities are
not guaranteed ready until May 1. If the pier if available earlier boaters assigned a slip will be notified.

Parking Restrictions:
Only one vehicle per boat will be allowed to park in the lot at the waterfront on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Additional parking is available at our storage facility on South Shore Dr., one block from the pier.
Fuel:
Fueling may only be done at our gas dock by American Marine staff. The State of Wisconsin has strict rules and regulations for fuel storage and distribution. We cannot allow our customers to bring personal gas containers on our property.
Insurance:
Boat Owner must keep boat fully insured with complete marine coverage including hull coverage and liability coverage. We will take every reasonable precaution to protect boat owner’s property. However, it is understood and agreed that American Marine will not be responsible or liable for loss of gear and equipment left in the boat, nor for loss by fire, weather, flood, vandalism, or other circumstances beyond our control and does not carry insurance to cover the above.
